We are located on the Pacific Ocean at 75-6026 Ali’i Drive, Kailua-Kona, Big Island, Hawaii 96740. 

Our complex has 101 one and two-bedroom residences.  Designed as an owner-occupied community, all residences within the complex are individually owned, uniquely designed and decorated. Owners become acquainted with their neighbors during the long high season.  Some condos are occupied full-time by their owners, while others are in mixed owner/lease use. Long term (6+ months) leases or shorter-term rentals are possible, if offered by the individual owner to their guests.

The common facilities include an ocean-side swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center filled with cardio equipment and weight room. Come and enjoy our Ping-Pong table, cabana, gas barbeque areas, tennis courts, complimentary parking.  We also have direct access to the black lava coast of the Pacific Ocean for snorkeling or diving. We have the perfect waterfront seating for whale watching or, at 5 o’clock, enjoying that evening beverage, getting together with friends, all while waiting for our glorious sunsets, and hoping to catch the infamous ‘green flash’.
